Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items when you received QC pics, we will replace them for free. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can follow these steps to get new ones:
- Please contact Customer Service and indicate the reason you want to return.
- Please make sure the shoes well-packaged and we don’t received returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please make sure the returned items delivered by a formal shipping service provider.
- The items that have unreplacable mark or flash sale products can not be returned or refunded.

Return Conditions:
- We don’t offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the items returned to us. The returns will be at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check the QC pics of items before shipping.
- In most cases, we don’t provide return service except for the quality issue and wrong sizes.
- If you get sneakers with wrong sizes, we can provide 40%-50% off discount for you to rebuying a new one.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note: the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Refund
For your convenience, the refund will be processed to you PayPal account where the payment has been deducted. It usually takes 2 workdays to operate and your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
